Opening notifications are separate from travel consultations and bookings. Registration does not reserve a place. We will announce confirmed experiences, dates, prices and contact details when they are ready.

Before consultations open
You do not need every detail decided. Start with what interests you: a field walk, local food, or quiet time with family. Think about things you hope to do, things you prefer to avoid, and conditions you need. Undecided items can remain open.
Prepare your preferred dates and length of stay, number of travellers, interests and budget. Clarify whether the budget is per person or for the group and whether it includes accommodation, transport and meals. Consider rooms, bedding, bathrooms, language support and interpretation. Share any detailed access or dietary requirements only through the travel agency’s designated contact point.
From consultation to departure, after opening
- Find an experience that interests you.
- After opening, contact the designated travel agency with dates, group size and budget.
- Review the itinerary, accommodation, transport, activities, meals, language support, price and included services.
- Check the contracting party, payment method, cancellation charges and change conditions before applying.
- Before departure, check the meeting point, contact details, equipment and local guidance.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book now?
No. This is a test site and only opening notification requests are accepted. Individual travel consultations, bookings and payments are not yet available. We will publish the dedicated contact point and operating conditions when ready.
Who handles travel contracts and payments?
We are preparing a framework in which our partner travel agency would handle travel services. The contracting party, payment recipient and travel conditions will be explained when bookings open. This site does not collect travel payments.
Where can I check prices?
Experiences are still at the concept stage and have no confirmed prices. The travel agency will provide pricing after group size, season, accommodation, transport and interpretation requirements have been checked.
Can I consult in English or Chinese?
Languages and interpretation arrangements are being coordinated. Support may differ between the consultation service and the experience itself; the scope will be explained when consultations open.
Can children or older family members join?
Requirements depend on the activity, accommodation facilities and walking distance. There is no single age-based rule. Once consultations open, discuss mobility and accommodation needs with the travel agency.
Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Options depend on hosts and meal venues. Advance checks are necessary and accommodation of a request is not guaranteed. Provide details through the method designated by the travel agency after consultations open.
Can I join somewhere other than Kumamoto Station?
Day tours are based on departures and returns at Kumamoto Station. We plan to allow discussion of pickups at hotels in Kumamoto city. If staying in Aso or Kurokawa Onsen, ask about joining or leaving along the route after consultations open.
Can weather or host circumstances change the program?
Outdoor experiences depend on weather and agricultural work. Before booking, the travel agency will explain alternatives, operating decisions and change or cancellation conditions.
