Connecting travellers with the stories of a place.
Starting in Kumamoto and Aso, we are developing a travel brand rooted in everyday life and culture. Here is the kind of experience we hope to create, and how the work of delivering a journey is shared.

What might your next visit to Japan reveal?
Even after the famous sights, there are moments in Japan still waiting to be discovered: morning in a field, work in a kitchen, conversations around a meal. A small place on a map can hold stories that matter deeply to the people who live there.
Furuki-Yoki wants to open a door to that everyday life. Starting with the nature and food of Kumamoto and Aso, we hope to share who lives here and what matters to them. Connecting a visitor's curiosity with the life of the host community is our starting point.
Three principles guide us.
Know one place deeply. Leave time to understand a landscape or a table, rather than measuring a journey by its number of stops. We begin with experiences in Kumamoto and Aso.
Make it comfortable for hosts, too. Respect farmers' and guides' lives, work and capacity. We seek exchanges that can continue, rather than special treatment that places strain on people.
Make expectations concrete. Alongside atmosphere, explain accommodation facilities, language support, walking distances and food arrangements. Distinguish what is available from what is still being arranged.
Creating experiences and delivering travel.
Furuki-Yoki discovers local stories, develops experience concepts and shares them through photographs, writing and other content. Our connections with people overseas help introduce Kumamoto and Aso as places to visit.
We are preparing a framework in which a partner travel agency would handle individual consultations, quotations, travel contracts, payments, arrangements and operation. We will prepare a dedicated contact point and clear information about the contracting party and conditions.
Furuki-Yoki: discovering local appeal, developing experiences, producing content, publicity and attracting visitors.
Planned travel partner: a partner travel agency. The framework for consultations, quotations, contracts, payments, arrangements and operation is under discussion and preparation.
Current stage: hosts, product details and the booking process are being coordinated. This test website does not accept bookings or payments.
Start small, and grow with the community.
Our initial concepts are a day exploring Aso's grasslands and day tours from Kumamoto Station. We will work through what can be delivered, taking seasons and local circumstances into account.
What stayed with visitors? Was the burden on hosts reasonable? We want these voices to inform the next experience, creating journeys people want to repeat and relationships hosts want to welcome again.
Photographs and films on this website.
We use photographs of Aso's landscapes. The concept film and illustrations of exchanges are AI-generated and labelled where they appear. They are not presented as records of actual people, accommodation or experiences already delivered.
Host photographs and profiles will be added after permission and fact checking. When choosing an experience, refer to the confirmed operating conditions and guidance provided by the travel agency.
